I have dealt with this company twice because the first time I was calling around it was hard to even get ahold of anyone or get a price then when I called these guys they answered right away and were very easy to deal with.

ya dont use these guys. if you do want to use them make sure you get a full quote or they will rip you off. I paid for RPlan drawings $4k then they came back later and ask for another 5k for the stamp. If I knew it was going to be 9k for 1 drawing, literally one page, I would of said yea no thanks. Use a different surveying company horrible experience on top of that. My engineer send the business to these guys, if i knew the company name I would of googled it and seen every review is 0 stars except 1 and said im not using these guys.

I live in Brant county and required a survey and topographic study to submit for permits. I was referred to Darko, with Barich Grenkie. I called after 5 on a Friday and had a response before 8:30 am the following Monday, had some preliminary information by Monday afternoon. The work was completed with drawings before 2 weeks were up. They offer you the option of paying a premium for fast service or if your project can take longer that option is also available. Marjorie, the office administrator was very pleasant and very quick to respond to my requests. Very very pleased with the outstanding service. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Darko and his team. We used them to help with a Lot Line Adjustment ( Land Severance, or Land Consent ). They knew exactly what was necessary and guided us along the process. Neighbor (seller) got the necessary R-Plan done with Darko and team. I then followed up and got a survey done of our place after the severence was complete. Quick service, patient with us when we had delays. The survey done had impressive level of detail. Would definately recommend.
