These guys are extremely professional! They arrive on time and don't leave until everything is sparkling clean. Over the years, we tried other companies to clean the exteriors/walkways/windows of our house. Once we found Shack Shine, we never looked back. I love their positive attitudes and their willingness to take the time to do things right. I definitely recommend them!

In the past, the exterior home maintenance people we've hired have tended to be a bit scruffy and didn't seem all that trustworthy. Not so with Shack Shine.I was extremely impressed with their service - from initial phone call, to quote, to the actual service. All their employees were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They patiently outlined what they would do, and answered all my questions with a smile!Each and every staff member seemed happy and genuinely committed to giving the best service possible. To me, this is a sign that they're not only well-trained, but treated well by their company.I was so happy with the service that I've told all my friends and family. Adam and his coworker were very professional. Both of them explained what was done and what needed to be done on top of original booking plans. They cleaned, blew away debris and made sure my gutters and roof were cleaned to the highest degree. Adam and his coworker worked throughly to provide an awesome service.

Austin and Riley did a great job at our properties. I particularly like the before and after pictures they send after every job and their attention to detail and recommendations about upcoming repairs. Would definitely use them again.

We had Austin and Steve clean our roof, skylights, gutters and exterior windows. The place was filthy before they arrived. They were thorough, professional and very respectful of our gardens and our neighbours while cleaning. They left our place in immaculate condition, including cleaning any debris that was scrapped from the roof.Highly recommend these guys.

I had my place for about 6 years and there is huge tree that stands over my house and thus my house was getting very filthy because of the debris that rains down on our house. I had Inquired about it with several local home cleaning businesses but shack shine was very responsive in sending their sales team (Landon) to access the damage and give me an estimate. After that we booke our time, and two gentlemen by the name of (Austin) and (Riley) came by and did a superb job in getting my home looking like new again... Thanks guys.

Austin and Ben are very professional. They came to my house to do the gutter cleaning and Xmas lights installation. They are very kind and polite which I appreciate. Before they started the job Austin double check with me all the details of the job, explained to me everything, solved my questions and gave me suggestions. The Xmas lights looks great, even better than I expected. They did an excellent job specially because my house’s roof and peaks are very hight. I’m very pleased and very satisfied with their service. I only hope that the lights last for a few years and resist the rain and cold.
