I want to say that doing business with Add2Cart was seamless. The communication from the very start was fantastic : from placing the order, to payment, to discussing the delivery date. Everything was really easy. It was all done by email and any emails I sent were responded to very quickly.Also, I want to extend a special thank you to Jennifer who came to assemble the Hemnes dresser that we purchased. She was quick and efficient in her work. She was such a pleasant lady and so so good at her job. The experience was wonderful from start to finish. I’ve been working with quite a few moving/delivery services in my move and this was, by far, the best at all points of contact.

Really fantastic service. The process was clear and communication was good. I placed an order from IKEA and felt confident and supported with the process the whole way through. I had delivery of the items right into the room of my house that they belonged in which was extremely convenient. One of my items was out of stock and they kept trying until it was available, no extra service fees. When I added up the cost of this service in comparison to renting a van and taking the ferry to Vancouver, this service was cheaper. It was well worth the money, thank you so much!

Super happy with the incredibly efficient team of Chris, from Add2cart. We bought a bed and side tables from monarch furnishings. Chris & his team delivered & assembled them today. Within 15 mins the team of two was able to move the furniture to level 3 of my townhome & assemble it. Polite & courteous, and did their job amazingly well. Hats off!

Fantastic service! Shawn, who delivered our big and heavy furniture packages, handled it like the professional he is and was quick, thorough, and kind.The email communication with the office was very good and timely. I’m a bit old fashioned and would have preferred being able to talk to someone on the phone in addition to the emails but it all worked out perfectly and we’ll definitely use add2cart again!

I've used Add2cart a few times in the last couple of years and I can't say enough about how great the service is. From 1st order to delivery I was kept informed and knew exactly what was arriving and when. The deliver staff show up on time and always have a smile on their faces. Add2cart assisted us with the assembly of ikea furniture.When I first had inquiries they were prompt to reply and very professional and friendly.We had a bit of a time crunch with out of town guests arriving, and they worked hard to accommodate this.Jenn was the assembler and she was also very friendly and prompt in her communication and did a great job with the assembly.Overall great experience and would recommend

The Folks at Add2Cart are very easy to deal with. A example, I didn't properly read a email from them the first time I ordered and they showed a great deal of patience with me, more than I would have, until I realized my error. Since ordering again from them the high level of customer service extends right through to their Delivery team. I will be using them again and again.

Most Ikea products are great popular & reasonable, but living on Vancouver Island, the ferries can make those prices unreasonable.My daughter-in-law told me about this company called Add2Cart, near Victoria. We are doing renovations, such as Kitchen Cabinets, etc. You pay for your product up front (IkeaPrices) & for a reasonable fee, they take your order & make weekly trips to both Ikeas on the mainland looking to fill your order. They deliver to certain areas. If any of your initial order iitems are out of stock, those out of stock items are put on Add2Carts shopping list each week until your order is filled for no extra fees. They saved us having to make multiple costly trips to Ikea.We recommend Add2Cart & their very efficient, professional & friendly team to everyone. They have been wonderful.
