Never ever go to this unethical and unprofessional lawyer…. Receptionist is too rude… she don’t even know how to talk with customers…. When people put bad reviews for them they reply back that they never had any kind of deals with them…. Please avoid any kind of business with this person…. Whatever 5 star rating or reviews they have that is all fake… they have asked their knowns to put those reviews for them…

Highly unprofessional & zero customer service.First - my closing was delayed by more than a week as they had the wrong trust name mentioned on the law society site causing the bank to issue cheque in the wrong name. They didn't compensate me for this loss.Second - I have been chasing them for more than 7 months now for a document & they have failed to provide that. They have gone to the extent of disconnecting the phone when I call them.Stay away & save your time & money.

Wish there could be option to rate negative star. The worst experience of getting our closing done. He rips you off all the possible ways he can. Bloody fraud. Highly not recommended for anyone.Fraud!!!

WORSE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SCAMMER . I WISH I CAN GIVE HIM 0 STAR REVIEW AND ALL 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE HIS FRIENDS AND FAMILY , ITS BEEN A MONTH HE DID MY CLOSING AND FROM NO WHERE HE DEDUCTED 7000 $ FROM THE TOTAL AMOUNT EXCUSE OVER EXCUSE AND NOW HE STOPED COMING ON PHONE , THE LADY AT FRONT DESK ALWAYS HAVE A ANSWER SIR IS IN BOARD ROOM AND IF I SAY I WANT COME VISIT THEN SHE SAYS SIR IS ALWAYS IN AND OUT TO BANK SO CANT GIVE U TIME WHEN HE WILL BE IN . I M STILL WAITING FOR MY 7000$ TO BE TRANSFERRED INTO MY ACCOUNT

Jp Mann Law Firm is very rude, and unprofessional. There office threatened me on a taped line while I was at my place of employment stating that even though there is three names listed on the title of the sold property they will only cut a cheque for two of those people if I don't agree to accept the amount of $12,000 which one of the parties on the title is willing to offer me. I'm pretty sure that is illegal. This law firm also accepted documents of my forged signature by that same second owner on the initial sale of this property. Sketchy from the very beginning.- zero stars

SCAMMERS! STAY AWAY!In July 2017 they handled my house closing. Pargeet Gill was the person who handled the closing. In 2021 when I was refinancing my house, got the shock of my life, when I discovered that Star Energy had put a lien on the property in January 2017 and they still went a head and closed on the property in July 2017. I ended paying off the lien because by then it was almost $10,000. I spoke to Pargeet Gill and she said she would review my file, I have NOT heard from her and she blocked my number. I have been trying to sue for my money but absolutely no attorney will take on my case.
