Had both my Cats in for hair cuts and nail trims, they came back traumatized. My one Cat who had front claws that needed a definite clipping came home with the nails cut so short she's been limping since last Thursdays. The hair cuts were fine, you need to make sure whoever is trimming your cat or dogs nails know what there doing. Clearly what ever employee was doing the nails last Thursdays had no clue. Very Sad.

Been here a couple times with my Dobermans in the past to get their nails done. They both hated getting their nails done but they did an amazing job and knew how to handle them, knowing they didn't care for it. Quick and easy, great price, highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing!!!They always do a spectacular job with Daisy.The place isn’t much to look at, but it has nothing to do with the wonderful job they do and the prices are the best anywhere! Highly recommended

One star is generous. My dog could not stand on his back legs until the day after he was groomed. He was so weak. They basically sheared him like a sheep and unevenly at that. They clearly manhandled him. They collected him at the door when we arrived so I didn't go in. When I went in to pick him up, they took my money first, and that was when I saw that the facility is filthy. I never would have left him there. I will not go within a mile of this place again.

It was my first time going. Staff seemed nice. My puppers smelled amazing and his nails were well trimmed! Am def booking another appointment here. It was just hard leaving my dog and not seeing what was going on but he seemed ok :)

The staff here look after our pack of potcakes. You couldn't ask for a nicer team, for sure. The groom jobs that we've completed on our pack has always been amazing. Happily, our doggos love going to see the team here. :)

The best service! Great staff! My girl is bernese and paranese and she comes out a new dog every time! The pricing is more than reasonable and they take their time providing her with the best treatment possible. 100% recommend this great groomer. They even will take her for a quick nail trim when ever needed.

Sketchy looking establishment, cash only business. First visit brought my two cats in for hair cuts. I had a 3:45 appointment, that worked with my schedule. I was expecting 1 hour, 1.5 maybe. After 2 hours I called to see if they were finished as I had plans. They said still working on them almost done. At the 3 hour mark I told them to bring my cats out, I had to leave. She brought out one cat done and the other 1/4 finished and demanded payment. Don't book appointments and then take walk-ins. I seen this the entire time as I sat waiting in the parking lot, it doesn't take 3 hours to shave 2 cats. Then I let my cats out of the cage at home and one of their paws was bleeding.

Great job grooming my Australian Shepherd ( which is a big job) Koda came home so handsome and happy! Don’t let the sketchy plaza and messy office keep you away. Affordable too!
