Solid service. They educated us, and offered a very competitive price. Over a year later and our sectional works great and looks great. No issues whatsoever. We would definitely buy there again.

Buyer beware!! Ordered a night stand a month ago and was told it would take 2 weeks to come in. A month later, after no follow up from Ashley, we inquired as to the status. We were advised it would not be available for another month. Asked to cancel the order and have our credit card refunded.After being bounced back and forth from customer service, to the store and back again, we were advised a manager would call us back to discuss canceling the order and receive a refund on our credit card.Two hours later, still no call from Ashley.After calling back we were informed they would be keeping 10% of our purchase price.We requested to discuss this with the manager as this policy was not disclosed at the time of purchase.The store manager ignored our request and were not interested in discussing further.We will NEVER give any more business to Ashley Furniture Barrie and strongly advise you to consider taking your business elsewhere. $30 and no accountability just cost you a customer for life Ashley Furniture. Well done!!

We are so disappointed. Our couch was delivered broken. The feet of the couch came cracked and look rotten.Don’t waste your time or money here. They don’t have customer service. They make you contact a robot basically to submit a claim.My couch was definitely dropped. I have a couch in my basement in pieces that we can not use. They will not compensate you for their mistake. They do not care. We Waited a month to be delivered. Waited two weeks just to have someone give me a date for the repair of the main load bearing piece that was cracked on the couch. It won’t be fixed for another few weeks. I had to call them and bother them to get someone to reach out to me for just a repair date.Don’t waste your time or money. Poor service and awful furniture quality. Will never go back again and I’ll make sure everyone I know doesn’t either.

After 2 months waiting for delivery The table and stools were “forgotten “ to be delivered to Barrie twice ! 2 months of promised calls it was delivered but I had to call to confirm it was on site as no confirmation ever came to me,. In my home it was discovered damage to 1 item a call to customer service resulted in nobody call back as promised in 2/3 business days.. One week later I had to initiate a resolution a 25% restocking fee for damaged items is disgusting but in the fine print of the contract I didn’t have faith in a repair or replacement so the customer eats the charge Ashley thinks they win but I will never give this company another dimeBe aware hope I get my 75% backThe Barrie Manager and Staff were great so far this reflects on the Mississauga Warehouse/customer service experience bit of a Clown show in my opinion

Excellent service. Debie our sales representative was amazing. No pressure, no rush. We were able to look around without feeling pressure or being followed. The furniture at Ashley is elegant, beautiful.... First time we buy there but no the last :)

I can’t say enough good things about this store! Warren was amazing, he let my family and I walk around to every couch and sit on them and directed us to the one that fit ALL of our criteria. Darryl and Debbie, I can’t say enough good things! They weren’t even the ones who started out helping us, but that didn’t stop them from making our purchase so smooth!! These three employees made us feel so welcome and SO comfortable with this purchase! They all had the best interest of us, the purchasers, in mind the WHOLE time. Not to mention they were amazing with my 4 year old! Ashley Furniture in Barrie definitely just won our future purchases, which we WILL have! Definitely coming back thanks to these three employees who went above and beyond for us. Thank you so much!

I was having trouble completing my purchase online so I entered into an online chat seeking assistance. Ana enters the chat and was absolutely phenomenal. She walked me through how to complete an online finance application, ensured that I got the right items, discussed my options with me for financing and warranty, as well as double checked my order when the numbers didn’t add up right. Ana was fantastic and made my first big purchase for my new home effortless and an easy process.

Never, Ever Again !This experience has really changed my mind regarding shopping at Ashley Homestore. Two employee’s incompetence is turning my shopping experience into an absolute nightmare.First off, the last week in May we bought a sofa and waited 2 weeks for delivery. The delivery team measured the entry and stairways to confirm the sofa would fit, but they seemed to lack the upper body strength to get it in the front door. Needless to say, it went back to the store causing us a delay. After that, Carlos, a Presidents Club – PLATINUM Member “HomeStyle Expert” helped us select a new, smaller sofa and promised us a prompt delivery of Thursday June 29th. Being so happy, we went ahead and purchased an additional $4ks worth of furniture including the White Glove Delivery Service and the fabric protection plan. Instead of the prompt curious service, we get notified on the promised delivery day that its not going to make it, but instead, it might show up 4 weeks later…A full Month Later !! …the last week of July!This furniture is for a cottage, Carlos knows/knew that. Both times we took vacation days to receive the furniture. The lack of effort of the first delivery team made me mad, the lie of a false delivery date just to make a sale made me furious!On top of the delivery fiasco, the store appears to be screening calls. We had been calling the store for 3 days, all within regular business hours and no one is answering, not even an answering machine. It rings and is eventually disconnected. I can't believe paying customers are getting treated this way.We’ve sent numerous emails but all we get are useless, nonsense replies about not having an available truck to deliver it. Did U-haul run out of trucks/trailers ? How about hiring 2 Guys & a Truck ? Do what you need to do to meet the promise you made in order to make that sale.

I was allowed to wander alone for a while then was approached and offered assistance. I appreciate that when shopping, not being jumped on right through the door. Carlos was understanding of my needs and helped guide my search, offering suitable options.Wonderful delivery experience with two nice young men bringing in and setting up my chairs.Great all around service.

The two sales individuals we dealt with were professional and not pushy what so ever. They took time to answer our questions and help us find what we needed while explaining the quality of the furniture. The delivery crew who brought our chair to our home were also very kind and professional accommodating our difficult entrance. All around a great experience
