Service was horrible. Walked around the store for 10 minutes and not one person came to help me. When I went to the desk for help, the guy was rude and unhelpful. Must of been the same guy that the other reviewed described. When I showed him the part I was looking for, he pointed to a shelf and said you can look through there and see if we have it". I have never experienced such poor customer service. Would not recommend stepping foot in this store."

Like others have said, the crew here are totally disinterested. The few times I've been desperate enough to go there I braced myself for a blood pressure increase. They are liable to look products up on google if you have a question, as if they knew zero about the products they offer. It's like going to a nursery and asking for petunias and getting a blank look.

I've found these guys to be accommodating, friendly, and professional. I think they are geared towards industry folk. So people walking in looking for an adapter or a little one off consumer type thing may be put off. They only service business accounts now.They offer quality product that you won't find at say, Lee's Electronic (nothing against Lee's, love those guys, bit they are more consumer based, not pro based) if you are looking for pro level product for meeting specific industrial ratings, this is the place to go. RP was ok but unfortunately they dropped the ball a couple of times when I couldn't afford to tell my client: sorry

I purchased a DC clamp on meter to measure DC current for for a project I'm working on. They had exactly what I was looking for and at a very reasonable price. Also picked up a couple of RCA cables at a better price than I could find on Amazon. Will be back again. Thx!

Went to Mro few times and they rarely have any stock or complaining that they need to organize parts and have no time and when asked for help the girl there would say I cant spend 20min looking on Google when no one is in the building. No wonder lot of ppl resort to online stores when there is no customer service. Would not recommend this place. Staff just sitting on their computers all day.

Oh Please save me! 12.00 for a 12 volt cig adapter when I could get the same thing from a shop over on renfrew for 5 bucks? I just wanted something to plug into the company car so I could have a 12 volt lantern in case I brake down on the road and this smuck tries selling me the most expensive thing they got in the shop. When I asked about the other lighter adapters, he told me they were junk. So if they're junk, why are they selling them? Then I had a friend that went in there to by a simple Anode Diode for a circuit he was building and the guy got the part number wrong and ended up making up a bill for 18 bucks! for a diode that should have cost 1.50. What's wrong with this shop. They going broke or what ? They seeling Gold Seal products.... my understanding is they import everything from China, so it should be alot cheeper. And another thing I noticed.... the staff keeps changing... what's up with that. I work for a major Telco and we're thinking of pulling our account with these guys.

Rushed on my way home from work to get to the store before they closed at 4:30 today. I got there with 4 minutes to spare to find the door locked and the staff turning off the lights. When I finally got his attention and I pointed out that there was still time left, he informed me that they shut things down so that they can be out of the store by 4:30 as they “have buses to catch and things to do”. If a business advertises certain hours, customers should be welcome to come in during those hours. I only had one specific item to purchase and that would have taken a minute. I ended up going to Lee’s who close an hour later. Needless to say that I won’t be coming back here.

I’ve been to this store several times with very weird requests (I fix stage clothing and props for an elementary school and adjacent community centre)And they always help if not go beyond what I’m askingThe young man in the back has made me cables before and the young lady has helped me find the parts I neededIt does look like they’re about to close or have been reorganizing for about a year though..Regardless! I will be back when I need to!
