Outstanding customer service! No gimmicks, no upselling no lies. They changed my tires from winter to summer, no issues. Quoted me for brand new winters for this coming Fall. Prices are damn good, for oil changes and other services. Courteous and polite. I just found my go to place for my car to be serviced.

These guys rock! I've been taking my car there for a bit over a year, they always do a great job and I'm very thankful for them. Today I got caught in traffic and was a tiny bit later than I should've been to pick up my car but they were very gracious about it. I drive/uber to/from Westboro to use them rather than finding someone closer.

Been a member of the Big Ben fan club for years. This is a business that really cares about customers. They have done lots of work for me and many times have helped me out when I had mechanical emergencies. Had one Tuesday and Ben had my car back on the road in less than an hour. My daughter now goes to Autopro and my only comment to her is “see Ben he will either fix it or give you advise on what to do”.Dealerships are great but at Autopro you get personal, honest and friendly service.Are they perfect? No but who is. If something goes wrong you can always count on them making it right! Just tell them.

My car had a rough idle and the dealer could not resolve the problem. Ben and his team were up to the task to get the problem resolved. They did not just give up but went through a lot of hassle to get the car fixed with an affordable price. Overall very satisfied with their excellent work and customer service. Highly recommended.
