These gentlemen are very professional. The treated our home and walked us thru every step of treatment and educated us on these nasty (not harmful) pests.The are very discreet. Provided us with information sheet to prepare our home for them to come in to do the heat treatment, any questions we had were answered with their professional opinion.They stand behind their warranty and are very accessible and responsive to phone calls. We would highly recommend this company.

I have used this company on numerous buildings. They show up when expected and are very professional. I would recommend them to anyone needing a heat treatment service. No need to shop around. The whole experience of dealing with these guys was excellent from start to finish. My wife thought we had bed bugs but I wasn’t sure, so I got BTU to bring in their dog to see if it could locate any of them. They located bugs and brought in their heat system shortly after, it was satisfying afterwards seeing the dead bugs on the ground. Hopefully we won’t have this problem again but if we do I’ll be happy to go with these guys and would recommend them to anybody with bugs.

I’m leaving this unbiased review because I was really impressed by this company. Having just bought a house in Regina, I wanted a thorough bedbug inspection and full removal - and Max was incredible.They have modern equipment and are very responsive and professional, including any followups if needed. I would highly recommend this company if you want the job done correctly.

They were very responsive. I will give them that. When a representative showed up to my house you could clearly tell he had other places to be. He walked through our house to see how many heat units he would require. Not once did he actually inspect my home. He had no advice to offer me other than to say it would cost me approximately $2000. Pretty far off since based on the square footage of my house I was given an approximate quote of $1200 by the same company. He didn’t listen to any of my concerns, or give me any options to choose from. I was very disappointed. I will not be giving them my business.

The service was amazing. They are quick and professional. It’s nice to see young, strapping men work so hard. I had a bed bug problem and they handled it discreetly and I never saw another bed bug. 10/10 would recommend to anyone with bed bugs.The bed bug dog is also super nice.

Max and Carl (new owners) are responsive, respectful, and discreet. Their thermal treatment method works the first time and they don't stop till you're satisfied and bed bug free. They also have a dog that can sniff for bed bugs if you're not quite sure if you've got them. I recommend them 100%!

I give these Guys 5 stars HANDS DOWN!!! VERY professional, and they respected our families home, and treated it with the utmost care and consideration. Very discreet as well which was a bonus! They laid out all the info for us and as long as you follow their guidelines and prepare for them coming into your home with their heaters, everything will go smoothly!
