When these folks claim outstanding customer service and cost-effective quality products they mean it! On a fishing trip up North, I lost the end bracket (oval ear) from my well-used over the canopy rack. When I regained cell coverage, I Googled Westcan and sent an email explaining my problem. Just as I got home a few days later, my replacement part was delivered at a grand total of $12. My friend, who was helping me unload asked incredulously, “Really, who does that anymore?” Westcan Manufacturing is the obvious answer!Thank you, indeed.

I purchased a Ford Transit floor , wall and roof kit. Why CNC cut something if the end result is that terrible of a fit ? I’ll take a tight fit with a chainsaw over a 3 inch gap with a CNC cut. I still remember the phone call from the place I purchased their stuff through asking what I thought and the awkward silence when I said I tore it all out and threw it in the garbage........click.

I've own a Westcan aluminum truck rack with boat launch addon for about 10 years and have been extremely happy with it. Its stylish, strong and clean looking. I've had no issues with it in that time, but last week at the lake, on a 4x4 road, one of the braces had its weld break and I needed to repair it. I went to Westcan directly to ask how to have it welded or replace the part. Maddie at the front desk was extremely helpful. She put me in touch with Lamonte who was quick to provide a solution in a matter of hours before my next fishing trip. To my surprise when I went out to pick it up, Lamonte and his father, the family owners of the company, install everything including an overview of my bolts to be in perfect placement. A few were seized, some needed to be cut, but I left there in shock and super happy. I've never seen better customer service, going the extra mile and a true pride in the business they've created. I would always recommend Westcan products.
