They are an awesome place.I live 400km from them and all I do is phone order is on its way.Only problem I have had is the HP Color cartridge - chip was non-compatible with my printer.Returned them INK HOUSE and got refund within a week.Thanks guys, until next order.Julian.

I have been purchasing cartridges from them for many years, have never had a problem with any of the cartridges. However, a few weeks ago I purchased a set (4) for my Epson printer. The printer, after only printing a few pages, was showing the cartridge was almost out of ink. I called them and explained the situation and, without hesitation , they said bring it back and we will give you a new one. This is the definition of customer service and is one of benefits of buying local as this personal service is often very difficult to receive when you buy a product form a virtual vendor.
