A particular person here called Krista is unbelievably rude, aggressive, sarcastic and completely unwilling to do her job. She's more interested in arguing and when she realises you won't back down, then she ends up doing what you originally asked her to do. Very unprofessional.

Need to update your office hours because your clearly not open till 6pm on a Friday. Showed up at 510pm and it's locked up like Fort Knox.

Horrible staff, they would rather send you to an ATM or online when they don't understand your problem. Multiple staff were rude for a simple transaction that didn't even get done. Left and went downtown location and they helped and finished in 30 seconds. Bad on entire branch.
