It's a small glaucoma specialists office, the waiting room is tiny and crowded but the doctor (younger one) is quite good and a no nonsense person

Small parking lot available, small waiting room, and extremely rude Dr. Rifkind. I took my dad here and I was the translator. I did my best tell my dad to do as he was being instructed by the doctor but the doctor was being too rough and hurting my dad's eyes. I told the doctor to be more gentle, and he said he would if my dad had cooperated. I gave this place 2 stars because of the lady in the basement that took pictures my dad's eyes. She was very helpful and friendly. I will not come back here nor recommend anyone if I can help it.

Very busy office and small parking lot. Wish website had email address posted since phone is always busy and message came through to email eye clinic, but did not repeat address!

I arrived early, checked in and got in to my appointment on time, I found Dr. Rifkind to be polite and to the point. I had numerous tests done with minimal wait in between and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.

Ridiculous wait times, and the staff are miserable. Make you wait more than an hour after your set appointment and they can't even be friendly.

Doctor is rude. Staff gossips loudly about patients behind the counter. It's in a rough area of the city to boot. I'd suggest asking for a recommendation to another opthemologist

Broken down area of Hamilton. Tiny, crowded waiting room, long wait. Dr. Rifkind was the coldest, most unkind doctor I've ever met. Sat with his back to me, even while answering my first (and only!) question, and was both rude and offensive. Explained NOTHING about my upcoming surgery. My one star was for the staff. From front desk to every technician I saw, they were all friendly and kind. Seeing these other reviews has sealed the deal. Canceling my appointment and looking elsewhere!

The best glaucoma eye clinic I've ever seen! The staff is very polite, knowledgeable and efficient! All COVID-19 related precautions are in place and strictly followed! Dr.Rifkind is an amazing ophthalmologist. His equipment is so modern and up to date!

Wow this place is wonderful . Dr Chan and his staff are perfect. They are professional and fun. Thank you. Try and get an early appointment. You wont have to worry about parking then. I was in and out in 30 min. I didn't have to wait at all.

Was here for minor eye problems and found them to be very professional and friendly.....I am thankful that here in Canada we have such medical services and I have no complaints about waiting to receive them
