Expert Tire Auto and Truck

Josh and his team are amazing. I’ve only been there twice but both times I received excellent service. Josh was awesome when I went in for my tires in the fall and I loved the the all weather tires he recommended. Than just yesterday I went in for an oil change and tire rotation only to find out that my steering racket needed to be replaced. Derrick called me asap and gave me details on what was wrong, giving me the option to take a few days to think about what I wanted to do. I gave them the go ahead and the mechanic worked hard to have my car back to me by the next day. I highly recommend Expert Tire, Josh and the rest of the staff are some of the nicest, friendliest people that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with.

The group at Expert Tire are extremely accomodating...were able to squeeze me in for a few tire changes. Always polite and very efficient....dropped off the car and although promised by the end of the day was completed in under 2 hours. Will definately recommend to friends and colleagues.

Would have given them 5 stars a month ago based on price and customer service. I had 2 alignments done in July...and a third a month later, but the last cost more than the others and more than the posted price. They told me price went up and they hadn't updated the board yet. I get fee increases in these times, but if a business increases their prices, where is the first place you would update them if not the posted price in the office? I paid my bill and made no fuss but now that they charge the same as other locations and customer service took a hit from charging more than the posted price, I have no incentive to return. Three stars considers my previous positive experience. And no, I was not informed of the price by phone or before the work and the adjustment was pretty minor.

I recommend everyone to come to Expert tire auto. They have excellent customer service and are very nice here as well!! Thank you Steve for everything I will be definitely coming back!!!

My other mechanic is too busy, so after a 5-star experience at the Jiffy Lube shop across the road from Expert Tire (same ownership), I decided to bring one of my cars here for a significant repair. I am really glad I did!Knowledgeable and HONEST service (thanks Josh and team), and was even provided with a loaner vehicle! Fair pricing and complementary carwash prior to pickup. Beautiful, spacious showroom and great location.Will definitely return, and all going well hope to be a lifelong customer!

Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Called up for a new set of tires. Went in and helped talk me through all options and pricing. Very happy with the service I received. Tires are balanced and inflated properly and running smooth. They look great amd went above and beyond with a car wash that I was not expecting. Definitely recommend Expert Tire Auto if you're looking to buy a new set of tires or even any mechanical work needed on your vehicle. I'll definitely be going back whenever I need some maintenance done.

I took my car in today for the first time and was so pleased with the service I received. When I spoke to Josh to make the appointment he was very friendly and helpful, and Derek, the Service Advisor I dealt with today was also great. The work was completed quickly (same day) and they didn't over-charge me or try and sell me any work I didn't need. I will definitely return here, and will be recommending them to friends and family.

Wow called and not a great greeting. And lack of professionalism from whoever answers that phone. I think I will take my business elsewhere if that what I get on the phone I can only imagine the service when my car is there.

My experience with Expert Tire Merivale, and Josh specifically, was amazing. Josh took time out of his busy day to chat with me and explain/answer every single question I had. The customer service experience was incomparable to other mechanic shops and I would recommend this shop to anyone.

For many years, we have been using the Benson Group for a variety of services. Since this new shop opened up, the servicing of our fleet is being done at this location (Tires, oil changes, brakes, tune ups, and other maintenance as needed)Overall, Benson's is reliable, honest, and all of the staff are very easy to work with. Furthermore, the turnaround time for getting our vehicles serviced is exceptional. Their shop across street (Jiffy) is also a reliable spot to get our work done in a timely manner.It's safe to say that we'll continue to use the Benson Group for years to come and recommend them to anyone who needs servicing.
