We bought a 2016 ford explorer in January 2023. When we discovered that the air conditioning system was totaly broken. Someone at billion did a makeshift job on the main line going from the back to the front did a makeshift welding job to sell the car. We had to replace the air compressor, condenser and the whole system at about $3,000.00 dollars. We were ripped off. We bought it on line and over the phone in a time of personal trauma and need. We were assured it was thouroly checked out. We couldn't be more be more frustrated and disappointed, not to mention the financial hit! Be ware!

Special thanks to Jared from Service Department for going above & beyond to bring a remote battery to my stranded friends & I at a local hotel. He also stayed with us while waiting for towing company to come charge the car battery when we discovered that was the real problem. Not many people would have done that for complete strangers. Very Impressive!

Bring my 2020 Telluride here for all of my service. Biggest difficulty I see is the wait time to get an appointment, so I understand if someone needs immediate service they may go elsewhere. However, if you can wait until your appointment, the service department does an outstanding job with keeping me informed and taken care of while I wait for service to complete. I always recommend a dealership when/if you are able.

My Kia had over 100,000 miles and when I was driving it back to Montana from Arlington South Dakota I smelled rotten eggs and a burning smell and the vehicle died. I had it towed to Kia in Rapid City South Dakota thinking I would be paying for a car that was dead, but to my surprise Kia approved a brand new engine and starter. I want to thank Darrick who I dealt with from the beginning for his professionalism and keeping me updated. I also want to thank Jarid who was there when I picked up my vehicle. My experience with Kia Rapid City was nothing short of amazing and I want to thank everyone involved.

My wife and I have been shopping around for a new car for the last few weeks. While in Rapid City, I had to stop at KIA and I have to say, this is a top notch center! We have been having oil problems with our KIA and have not have much luck with the Billion KIA at home. Jerid and Darrick were so helpful and I so appreciated the customer service they gave me. Jerid went above and beyond to help me try and get something’s answered. He took care of a few things that we had given to our local KIA in March, that had not been submitted. Thank you guys for all that you did for me today. Jarid and the Service department at Billion Auto Kia Rapid City are top notch! After my 2012 Optima Hybrid blew a serpentine belt they helped me walk through the process of repair. Jared kept my informed with clear communication the whole way! They had the car back up and running within a week of bringing it to them! And they did it for a price that was $1000 under what I believed it would cost me!! Thank you for the communication, service and commitment to excellence!
