Dr. Raffi was nice and gave me the honest opinions but reception ladies were not friendly. First impression was bad. Also, they r very aggressive. They push u to make appointment.

I made the right decision when I decided to get my braces done at Hillcrest Orthodontics. Dr. Raffi is an incredible, kind and caring orthodontist, and all of the office staff are just as amazing. When I initially came to Dr. Raffi, my teeth were in a terrible state, and they were extremely crooked. As a result, I wore my braces for about 4 years due to how difficult the situation with my teeth was. I recommend Hillcrest Orthodontics because Dr. Raffi's work is meticulous, he's kind and cares about his patients, and he did not take my braces off/stop working on my teeth until they were perfect. Now I always get compliments about how beautiful my smile is. If you are looking for an amazing Orthodontist, look no further!

I've called in a panic to see if there was a dentist on call to fix the wire behind my teeth that broke off the night before and the receptionist who answered was EXTREMELY RUDE. She kept asking who referred me, and I tried to explain that I wasn't referred, that my dentist office gave me that number because by regular ortho was closed for the holiday and she snapped and yelled at me, saying they were swamped and my dentist would never give their number away because they don't do emergencies for my specific dentist office. I have no idea how the dentist are like there, but I know I will NEVER go there . I have never been talked to so rudely before, and simply for asking a question.

February 21, 2018, I went in there to have my lower retainer repaired that my dental hygienist pulled out my wire while flossing my teeth, my dentist advised to to go to my orthodontist to get it repaired and they would cover the cost. Dr Parker and his hygienist agreed that the wire and bounding needs to be replaced, while explaining to Dr Parker that my dentist will be picking up the bill for this, he stopped and said well I need confirmation"

Dr. Parker did an amazing job on my teeth! I get my braces off in TWO DAYS , lock up your daughters! ;)
