They said on the car wash is 24hrs but in fact it's not. They close the car wash after 11pm to 5am.

Really disappointed from the petro Canada customer service at this Cumberland location at night this guy have no respect for the customer and ethics at all looks like he will bite any time so people I if decide go at this location ever again have something for your safety because he might really bite

The car wash is not managed smoothly. There was a huge pile of ice just outside the exit of car wash. It’s impossible to get the car out of it. We try to reach the employees and they said it’s your problem not ours. Rude response ever. They should warn people at least if they couldn’t make it properly.

This is worst wash station. Yesterday came they deliberately close for wash and today come they just giving pick and choose wash facility. You come here after distance driving for wash and when u reach, then you get it that facility is closed. Totally disappointed if do u have season pass.

Stopped at this station for its drive through car wash, the machine would not work authorizing the code to enter the car wash.A gas attendant came to help, but to no avail turned combative and aggressive. He started to swear at us and promptly rushed back into the store.He had my money on the counter for me, and while grabbing it he continued his aggressive behaviour! I said a few words to him and he came out with a metal crow bar chasing my car throughout the parking lot! Cops came, a police report is filed and I’ve been in touch with headquarters until we reach a suitable solution for this nonsense!

Worst place to get car wash. I have experience this before and inform the manager and petro canada customer service about their car wash have issue. It was not like this before. Last December this issue started. I taught just my car. I came back January or February 2023. It got worse. It wasn't only me other car have same issue. I came back after months now. But there is no difference. I think no one cares. Will never go back here.

Horrible customer service. They had changed but refused to give. Went for petrol, and the sales clerk was very aggressive and rude. I almost tried to get physical with us. If they can not provide minimal decent service, then they shouldn't be there anymore.

The worst Car wash, I have monthly pass and Since last 2 monday they are closed and not providing any extra wash.. Even after explaining them there were Closed, they did not listen.. Third grade Car-wash. Not recommended to anyone.. Batter to Try other car wash..!

Extremely poor experience here regarding the car wash. My vehicle was damaged during a routine weekly wash at this location (no troubles ever before) and the management/ownership refuses to admit fault with video evidence provided. This poor customer service is not a reflection of the staff working the counter(they were great) but the mismanagement and lack of customer care. Do yourself a favour and go to another car wash that cares.
