I would give zero stars if I could. Beware of the owner. My fiance and I took our dog to get his nails trimmed today and when we got there we were requested to place a muzzle over his mouth to which we agreed to. After two minutes his nail trim was completed however the total came to $40.68.We asked to speak to the owner regarding this ridiculously high price. She proceeded from the back of the store and explained to us that if the dog wears a muzzle then you will automatically be charged a special handling fee. Our dog in the past has been very nervous around the groomers at Crowned Canines therefore a muzzle was requested for him to be worn. Her excuse for the special handling fee was that our dog had bit on the previous groomer therefore every time you book an appointment and show up to the store an extra charge would be applied.My question to the owner was how could my dog bite the groomer this time if he was wearing a muzzle." The owner stood there and did not know what to say. The owner intentionally looks for ways to scam her clients with made up fees. Our dog is a 27lbs corgi and she acted like she was handling a 300lbs lion. She likes to hide behind fine print and will state that you signed an agreement. If the owner does not like her job and feels like she should charge clients made up fees for doing her job maybe she should consider another profession. The owner is extremely unprofessional and argumentative. She was constantly arguing and rolling her eyes at us. The moment other customers arrived into the store her demeanor immediately changed and she lowered her voice. I would highly recommend everyone to avoid this place at all costs."

Naomi takes such great care of out golden retriever Sadie. I love that they are cage free. And they attention to detail is wonderful. Our girl has never looked better. I highly recommend the tartar control, results are amazing!

I'm a First time client. We moved and I needed a new groomer. Our last groomer actually cut Kira's paw while trimming her nails, so now she won't let anyone touch her paws. Phillipe was able to trim her nails and did a great job on her grooming. When I picked her up, I came home with a brand new and happy dog. Kira was definitely treated as a princess!

Can't speak any higher about Crowned Canines!!! They always take care of my boy Gibson and he's not an easy one to deal with. They always take the extra time with him to feel comfortable for all his nail trims, washes etc. Gibson always seems to find a skunk in the night and the de-skunk wash they do always brings him back smelling good, feeling silky smooth and shiny!

I made a booking for a large dog bath at $65 and ended up paying $130 because Johnathan changed the price to suit his needs. Despite the receptionist confirming an additional cost of $10 for the deshedding, Johnathan said it starts from $10" and therefore charged us $25. He also charged us an additional cost because he labelled our dog as "aggressive" due to us being upfront about our dog's anxiety when her nails are being clipped. My suggestion would be to discuss and confirm all pricing upfront when dropping off your dog to avoid unpleasant surprises later.Response provided by the owner was not true as none of the costs were discussed and confirmed upfront when dropping off our dog - Johnathan didn't know what service we booked...(seriously why would I post a review if I agreed to the fees upfront - duh) Anyway we will not be using them again."

First time getting our little guy professionally groomed. Couldn't have been more impressed by the results. I was legitimately floored when they brought him out. He looked like a completely different dog in the best way possible! Very professional service and overall it was a great experience. Will definitely be returning.

We had a great experience here getting our puppy groomed for the first time. Everyone was super friendly and we loved the end result! Would highly recommend them!

Grooming is good. However, please train your employees to not make accusations about how your client’s dogs are trained. We’ve brought our dog to multiple groomers and they’ve never told us anything about our dog being aggressive and attempting to bite. She is well-trained and beloved by other groomers.We explained to the groomer we had today that she had an accident and was previously hurt and that due to this, she has been extra sensitive to being groomed. The groomer made accusations that that previous accident might have occurred because our dog is restless and has a habit of biting. Did he consider that perhaps what he was doing triggered our dog especially after her incident? Was he at all being patient/extra careful knowing that she had an accident? Why are we paying you an extra $20 for the special handling fee when you don’t know how to accommodate for our dog after her accident?Our dog was whining and fatigued upon pick-up. It was the first time that she wanted to leave a dog salon asap.We put our dog in your care without knowing what happens behind the door — a little extra care and consideration would be appreciated.Seeing how the owner responds to other low reviews with pettiness and the inability to take criticism, I won’t be surprised if I get a message like so.

I take my dog here for grooming once a month or so and Megan is very attentive to my dog’s needs. My dog usually dont like nail trims so I was surprised when she told me that he was a good boy throughout the grooming experience. Definitely recommend this place.

They did a great job with my doodle’s first haircut! He had a few matts (one on his ear and a few on stomach and legs).I brush him daily but I was scared that he would get fully shaved. He came out in a great shape! Would definitely recommend!Just one minor detail:I was quoted 95-110, but the final bill came out to be 155. It sounded a bit strange that my puppy (medium size) was considered as a large dog.
