Chancellors Way Pharmacy & Compounding Centre
Highly recommend this pharmacy. They went out of their way for me. Our regular pharmacy was unable to get something that was prescribed by a specialist. I called around, and as most places brushed me off, Chancellors Way went out of their way and found what we needed. They were very understanding, helpful, and empathetic. I really appreciate their help.

To start the building is beautiful and well maintained. The pharmacy doesn't look like a traditional cookie cutter pharmacy, it's unique and clean as well. When you talk to the pharmacist's you are dealing with truly caring individuals that focus on counselling vs sales. They were kind and compassionate and I didn't have to wait long for my prescriptions at all. I have now dealt with both pharmacists (Peter and Ehab) and they are both very knowledgeable and patient oriented in the care they provide. Peter the pharmacist is also an exemplary weight loss coach that helped me achieve my weight loss goals which I didn't think was possible. All in all, I don't think I will ever need another pharmacy again as they really do put my need's first and have proven that time and time again. As a bonus, they also provide free parking with my prescriptions which is more of the icing on the cake than anything else. I can't recommend them enough.

I have used this pharmacy multiple times for asymptomatic PCR testing, professional, courteous, great bonus for free parking. Even provided me with a copy of the lab requisition needed. Absolutely recommend.

Chancellors pharmacy staff is very nice. I booked my PCR test with them last week and they booked it at very moment and as I needed that for my job urgently. Moreover, they did not charge me any fee because I worked as a health worker. So, overall my experience was tremendous.

I have my family PCR COVID test done at Chancellors Way Pharmacy for travel purposes the results were available by 9:30 the very next. They took the extra step to email my result despite they have provided me with a code to look it up myself. The whole experience from the appointment booking to the result was outstanding. What a great customers service!

Peter and the whole Chancellor's Way team are second to none. The staff are friendly and professional, and they go above and beyond to make sure we get our prescriptions filled on time and without hassle. Even when we've called them at the last minute for a refill, they've been extremely gracious and gone out of their way to make sure we get what we need. I've never been disappointed with the service we've received, and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Peter and the team are fantastic! They know me by name and they let my partner phone in and pick up my prescriptions. I have called for my prescription and forgotten to pick it up so many times that it just got easier for my partner to take care of it. They never judged me or made me feel bad for my forgetfulness. Always super friendly and helpful. My doctor moved offices but I still continue to support them because they're awesome.

One of their staff, Ellie was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient and got my prescription ready for me way earlier than I expected. I was stuck at home with my newborn baby having difficulty finding a time to stop by their pharmacy before it’s closed, and Ellie kindly offered to deliver my prescription which is something that I did not expect and it saved my day. Thanks Ellie and pharmacy team!

5 stars are not enough. I had booked a covid test for surgery I was having on Wednesday. I showed up for my scheduled appointment at a testing facility but the doors were locked. I rushed off to Chancellors Way at 4:55 (closing time) and met a wonderful pharmacist by the name of Peter Namis. I told Peter that I had an appointment elsewhere and no one had shown up; how I did not have an appointment with him but I was very concerned that if I did not get my test done my surgery would be cancelled. This extremely wonderful man did my test and was able to get it delivered to Toronto for testing. He definitely went above and beyond customer service. Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou!
