Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Our company booked with Enterprise twice for a vehicle to travel to a job site. The first time, on the day of pick-up we were informed they didn't have a vehicle for us and offer a pick-up vs the intermediate car reserved. We accepted even though it increased our travel costs due to increased fuel consumption of the pick-up. The second time, 2 hours before we were to pick up the car we received a call saying nothing was available and sorry for the inconvenience. This inconvenience" caused us to delay our work

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
I had to use enterprise for a rental through my insurance company while my car was being repaired. They were friendly and kept me up to date on what was going on right from the first moment. The only trouble was it took several days to get the rental due to lack of cars. That was a bit disappointing. The other negative was whatever cleaner they used in the car was so strong in scent, it gave me headaches for a few days. That being said, the car was absolutely spotless. Picking up the car and dropping it off was effortless.

This place is a Joke,Closed during business hrs with a sign on window to call ... I reserved a car then after taking a taxi to pic-up vehicle they told me no cars are available.His excuse was that i must of called enterprise call center to make the reservation.I am not aware of any secret number to call direct.Very rude employee as well.
