Costco Wholesale

Good location, clean and usually very tidy. Prices are competitive and reasonable for the most part. There are some good sales sometime. Food at the food court is delicious as always. One of my fave Costco locations. Definitely a busy place, but the cashier's are pretty quick.Side note: the gas station is always packed.

I recommend same day online shopping with Abdul !I needed some last minute items for this Easter weekend and my shopper Abdul was fantastic. Some items that I initially ordered were not available, but he found perfect alternatives.He made the experience seamless, thank you so much!

Costco is busy as always. Gas station close to the entrance doesn't help moving traffic. Location of the gas station was not thoroughly thought out. Parking is always a struggle and people are willing everywhere in the parking lot. Seen numerous people have road rage and anger issues due to cluttered walkways and driveways. Could use some better planning.

Aside from great prices (if you are a member), the staff are excellent. We visited on a Sunday afternoon and it was packed. The staff are uniformly professional and helpful. Not once did anyone lose their composure. All round exceptional staff. Says a lot about a company to have staff that committed!Great job folks!

Haven't had a membership for many years but renewed it about 6 months ago. Rarely go, but food quality is excellent. Not so for hardware items. 2 items purchased on our last 2 visits. $100 cart. No damage to the box, but the cart frame was bent. Returned. Bought $50 led landscape lighting. Received DOA. Returned. Makes me very cautious about buying anything non food related.

Costco, Ajax is undoubtedly the largest mall in the surroundings. Great experience!Loads of supplies for fulfilling the needs of any family. Groceries, fresh vegetables, fish, chicken, beef, pork etc., Bakery, icecream section, beers and whiskies, what not!Dresses (though limited), footwear, luggage items, tools and appliances, beds, chairs, plenty of household items.Washrooms available.Eating accommodation near food section, low priced food items with unlimited soft drinks. (My favourite here is hotdog which costs only 1.5 $)Ample parking place and found each family carrying 2/3 trollies for weekly needs.Heard, during weekends it's packed.Bravo!

The staff is awesome here. My only dock on a star is the amount of congestion on weekends with lack of floor staff. If they had more floor staff preventing mid lane “traffic jams” and telling people to simply not stop in the middle of the main lanes oblivious to the rest, would make shopping on weekends way better. Many of us can’t get to our needed shopping during the week and floor staff helping on that would be amazing.Too many people going at their own pace ramming in to others, etc. Getting in to arguments, etc.I witnessed a man yelling at a young mother for simply keeping her cart by the popcorn kiosk today while her young child was getting a popcorn sample. She literally had to yell back at him “leave me alone”.Costco staff did nothing about it.The store does have the responsibility to ensure a good shopping experience for all. Those getting harassed by other customers of Costco should be dealt with by the store.Another women was shooting out of an isle almost hitting 2 people. A women told her to slow down then she aggressively followed the women to the checkout she was at to yell at her and insult her. Some of these customers are insane and Costco needs to ensure safety amongst everyone in its store.It wasn’t the mothers fault the carts are so big and where Costco has all the food sample stations further causes difficulty to move around places. That mother wasn’t even in the way.Like, what is going on….Costco, please ensure your staff are enough on weekends and are looking out for those getting harassed by the crazies out there.

I prefer to fill up my tank at Costco as the gas prices generally 4/5 cents less than the other places. For shopping it is great if you have a big family and like to store things, generally you end up buying unnecessary things at the end. I like there tasting counters. You do get some good deals at a reasonable price around the holidays season. The worst thing abt Costco is they will check your membership card 2/3 times which doesn’t make sense for such a big brand. That very poor customer service and it sucks at times.

Seemed like an overall nice Costco and honestly the first time I was in a Canada Costco so I did not know what to expect. I guess I’m just not accustomed to the price difference from USA and Canada. Can’t do much about it, my father in law wants to buy a $500 tv for the same as a $300. Unfortunate that two hour drive makes such a difference.

Best place to shop for home stuff. There is no match to their courteous staff, services or products. They have started selling Indian snacks as well which is a great perk for all of us. Sampling products are great
