I can’t say enough good things about Home Depot’s incredible Customer Service team, especially Czarina. From the moment I stepped into the store, I was greeted with her warmth and enthusiasm. She was very attentive, offering expert advice on what I needed. I will continue to trust Home Depot with all my home renovation needs.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Aika during a visit to The Home Depot store, and I must say that she provided exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. Overall, I highly recommend Aika to anyone shopping at The Home Depot store. Her professionalism, expertise, and friendly personality make her a valuable asset to the team, and I am grateful for the outstanding service she provided.

Today I was extremely happy with Coach Dan. I’m a frequent customer at Home Depot and each time I come my cuts are always off but today Dan showed so much courtesy and the cuts made were spot on. There needs to be more persons in Home Depot that is willing to go to the extent of ensuring customer satisfaction is being unkept.He also made sure to hand measure the precision cuts before actually cutting. I was feeling down prior to coming here today but to see there are actually people still in the world that truly cares.Thank you Dan I hope Home Depot atleast gives you a raise or recognition. Now that I’ve met dan I will surely ask for him when I’m in next.

Was there today, and a lady named Carol was very rude, unprofessional, unpleasant and could of cared less to help up, felt very unwelcome and left upset by how I was treated by her..On the other hand Rebecca was very nice, super helpful and made sure we were taken care of..but Carol is someone I will never ask help from again because she was plan old rude

Customer Service Leader. Checking out today, I was pleasantly surprised by the cashier who was helpful and friendly. Not to say Home Depot has bad service it's just kind of the norm everywhere. Also big shout out to whoever decided to provide paper bags at the check out. I do believe plastic bags are wasteful and harmful but I need something to carry the stuff I'm buying to my car and up to my home. Paper bags are what every store should provide. I usually use them for something else after so they don't go to waste.

I came into the store to pick up an item yesterday around noon at customer service and the “customer service” was terrible. The person working there was dealing with a customer. She looked at me so she knew I was there. She then walked away from customer service without acknowledging that I was even there and not saying someone would be with me shortly. I then waited for 5 minutes or so with no one at the counter and three people working around the corner at returns. Again no one saying anything to me. A simple acknowledgment that I was there and a reassurance that someone would help me out would have been the right thing to do. I had to ask if customer service was open today in order to get there attention. Then one of the associates in returns came to me and said they were busy. Not a good answer. Eventually someone came and took care of me. This should not have happened and it is clear that the level of service has gone down recently and is not what it used to be. I have been shopping in this store since it opened and I can see the recent decline.

Very organized and clean. Very few selections of wallpaper. Some of the aisles are closed. Aika, however, is very helpful. She set us up for a home depot customer account. Explained the benefits and what not. She’s awesome.

Great experience at this Home Depot. Much nicer and more helpful staff than the States, cleaner bathrooms, and had the products we needed. Thank you to the staff members who helped us load up our Sonopan!
