I drove from Niagara Falls to come pick up glass.Micky over in bay door #1 was super accommodating. He went above and beyond in assisting me & made up for lack of answering phone calls.. (I called 5 times with no answer).Micky was quick to help and wanted to make sure I left with my glasswork protected.This company is lucky to have him.Thanks again Micky!

very poor quality on thermal units, had to return many units as they were scratched. units normally covered in butyl all over the exterior
