The guy behind the counter was very helpful. I showed him the bill from Art E Motive for $540 for swapping out a battery on my daughter car. He looked shocked. It verified my feeling that Art E Motive ripped my daughter off.Thanks guy behind the counter!!

Staff was friendly, but made 2 different trips and each time was given the wrong part. Had to go back to get it changed. They swapped for free even when the right part was more expensive, so that was nice. But their computer is obviously off.

Usually have what I need, if not then they order and within a few days my part is there. My one qualm is that a lot of products on the shelf dont have price stickers so it can be someone frustrating.

Amazing service!! Had issues with my windshield washer, man at the desk was willing to put parts together to fix it, he actually came out to see the issue and found the part and even put it in for me.. Pembroke brushed me off.. thank you SOO MUCH!!!

Fantastic store for when you need the parts immediately. Would have been much cheaper through online retailers but it would be delivered at my home 250km away after about a week, with no guarantee that my car would make it that distance. I called Benson's based on the mechanic's recommendation and they had the parts ready for me at 08h00 the next morning.
