I bought a Pirnar door from Just Aluminum in 2017. It was for new construction where we moved in around March 2018. The door certainly looks good. As the weather turned warmer we never paid much attention to noticeable breeze coming from the door edge. Only in January 2019 we saw significant condensation where the door meets the frame and, as night temperature dipped below -20, there was ice buildup in the same area.We had to contact Just Aluminum several times before they send a technician late February to have a look. He put thicker rubber gasket but he told me that the gasket would not solve the issue as the door had some play that should not be there. I had to call Just Aluminum several times again before they send a “measuring “ team in mid July. After that no contact from the company. I call in September and they tell me they need to contact the manufacturer in Europe. Again, no follow up. In late October I sent them an email summarizing their up to date avoidance of issue. They promise to do better and when I tell them “you can come any time to fix it” there is no more contact from Just Aluminum.After this experience I concluded that Just Aluminum is either dishonest or incompetent. My advice to any prospective client – avoid.

They do not get back or return calls in a timely fashion.Hard to even get a quote out of let alone get a job finished.
