The accommodation of the staff was great, friendly and helpful. Yes, the spaces of hallways are narrow and the elevator is small, but none of these cons displeased me. For the rooms, at least I can comment on my suite; it was large and very clean, equipped with everything you will need. The location of this hotel is not too far from Parliament Hill, about 1.2km, and in a quiet area. With your stay, you get a free breakfast Overall, I was very satisfied; good price for good value and service.

Incredibly lovely stay. I was with them for 2 nights, and my room was essentially a one bedroom apartment. Way out of my expectations for what I paid.Staff were quick with check in, and the hotel was incredibly clean.The building is quite old, so the hallways can be a bit spooky. But how much time are you spending in the hallways, really?One elevator was down, but I was on the 5th floor so it wasn’t that big of a trouble to just take the stairs. My only issue was with the restaurant attached to the bar, which was out of the hotels control.

Stayed here for one night in mid-March and was pleasantly surprised by the central location and overall experience. The lobby is not big, but it is clean and staff are friendly. Check-in was quick. Only one elevator at the front was working, but it wasn't busy, so there was no wait. I booked a mini room and got a queen suite which was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and didn't hear any noise from outside. Breakfast was pretty good with choice of breakfast sandwiches, muffins, cereal, coffee, tea, etc. I'd stay again!

We stayed here during Ottawa Race Weekend and the location was perfect! The price was so reasonable, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the suite was extremely clean (coming from someone who is picky about cleanliness). The staff were very friendly, and the parking has in and out privileges, so you never have to worry about losing your spot if you want to take your car somewhere. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Ottawa.The only downside was the elevator (which took a long time to arrive and broke once during our stay), however, the inn is clearly taking steps to fix this. Taking the stairs wasn’t a problem for me, but it definitely might be for someone who is living with mobility impairments.

The hotel is a bit old, 90s style, big and dark furniture in the room. It can be improved to be more minimalist. Thus said, you have a small apartment as a room with everything you need.Clean place, good service.The mattress is soft.Breakfast is very generous.Very good value for the price

Can't say enough good things about this place. It is a bit old, but everything else about the Business Inn is stellar. Spacious and inexpensive rooms. Great views. Free breakfast and laundry. Amazing location close to many great eats. Just quiet enough that you don't feel too urban. Close to the train and major bus routes. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Great value. 100% recommend.

Great location conveniently situated downtown. Have stayed here a few times for events, and would definitely do so again. Rooms are spacious and well-maintained, and there's a great layout of comfortable couches and amenities in the rooms. Having access to kitchen supplies was very useful for the trip. Staff were friendly and attentive, and desk team was very helpful for any issues. One of the staff - Tony - made sure that everything was in order and also that any additional requirements were taken care of.All in all, a great location with everything you could need, and very attentive staff. Would highly recommend.

Wish we could've stayed longer.We are halfway through our road trip, and I can say this place gave us the best breakfast. Beating out Hyatt, Marriott, and Hilton properties. It's not a buffet, but we each found what we were hoping to get and more.The property itself is dated, but they make the best out of it. There are lots of air purifiers: along the hallways and a couple inside our room. The elevators are small and can get busy easily.Our room has an 82 TV (I guess) with PS4 connected to it and a computer table with a usable PC. We didn't get to use the PC
