Good staff, you need a car to get there

The place has no parking spots, it's located right next to a car repair shop which takes up all the parking spots so there's no where safe to park. I was not satisfied with my dog cut for it was too uneven. On top of that it's far if you don't live in the area.

The staff seems very nice but are not professional.I left my cat with them for 10 days and found out he was injured once I took him home. He could barely walk and at first I thought it was some kind of infection but I realized that he couldn't move his leg because of an injury that he got during his stay here.When I arrived, the staff mentioned that my cat has not touched his food that day and did not mention any incident. I thought my cat might have been sick but I only found out once home that he was just traumatized and I found several scars from an injury and blood stains.I don’t understand why this would happen considering they said that there is a supervisor when the cats are out but it’s quite clear that my cat and another cat had an altercation.1 star for not alerting me and disclosing that my cat was injured. If they were not aware of this, then this is also bad.I don’t recommend and will never trust this business with my pets.

Very friendly staff both to me and my guinea pigs. They had my 2 girls for a longer period and returned them in great shape. Healthy and lively as always. I got a fair price and quick responses to all my enquiries. Keep up the good work!

A safe place for animals if you need to travel and can't take your pet with you. Also it's a great place for photoshoots! Amazing photos to come with a great professional.

Very friendly and professionnal pet pension. They really took care of my little one while I was away. Friendly staff.
