I would give zero stars if I could.Payroll mishaps, stolen money out of our account, and now I just found out that they never submitted our T4's. So the government is saying that we owe them that money on tax. I hope that you are all ashamed of how you handle people's livelihood. Do yourself a favor and get an accountant. One person dealing with your finances not 7-8 people with their hands in your pot.

I can’t explain how much I loathe this company. They have ruined my businesses name with everything from improperly paying my employees to refusing to send T4 forms.If I could, I would sue the company for wrongful business practices, however I don’t have the time nor patience to ever contact them again.If I have any advice for small business owners like myself, pick any other payroll company. Anything. Write the checks out manually if you have to.

Adp decided without consent nor warning to merge my two accounts (I have two jobs) into one. They were unable to fix it. God I pray if I ever have a new employer for them not to use adp

0 stars!!! This company by far has the worst customer service i have ever experienced. They have messed up enough times and wasted countless of my hrs through tedious phone calls which i have to repeat from the previous call. It would be nice if the company wasnt so big and you could get a mom and pop experience but you have brainless workers, that are inexperienced and can only do on aspect out of 100, when it comes to payroll so you get put on hold for the next person that is supposed" to know what youre looking for. I am so frustrated i either want to sue them or kill myself before phoning them to help me.. ADP is by far the worst experience i have had on this universe"

I had used them for almost 10 years putting up with numerous disastrous mistakes made by them thinking that using Ceridian would be the same as there is a learning curve to using the ADP platform. Now that I parted my way with them they deactivated my account which by law is not permitted as you need to have access to your account for 7 years as per CRA. They mistakenly submitted T4s when I told them not to and after spending 4 to 5 hrs on numerous calls with them they still couldn't simply void the T4s. I have since switched to Ceridian paying the same amount and saving myself hours on the phone using a platform second to none. The Pay at work with ADP is difficult to use but the Ceridian platform only now takes me 15 minutes rather than 1 hr or more as with ADP. Run away from this company unless you want the worst experience.The latest development with my account is that I was told by a manager at ADP that she will call me back to confirm that the payment for the T4s submitted would be refunded. She never called me. Now I just spent another 1 hr with Vivia at ADP regarding my refund of $179.99.To date I have spent and wasted many of hours dealing with this terrible company.

These guys have the worst payroll paystub access for employees. It’s absolutely sad to see that they are one of the most popular payroll processing company. This also shows how bad the employers out there. 1 star is even too much for this company.

This has been the worst experience in both customer service and communication in general.I was with ADP Teampay for 3 years, almost 4. We tried to transition to Workforce now, but the process took over a year, with multiple contact points, none of whom spoke to each other or shared information on our needs. There was a lot of repeating and miscommunication between members of their implementation team ( who were all named after super heroes and fairy tale characters). They also had no idea how labour laws worked in our country and continually suggested illegal practices.We ended up realizing at the final implementation stage that the product we were promised, which promoted our transition, did not actually exist and would cause us more work. This was suprising considering how much communication and specifics of our needs we gave upfront, one year earlier to a sales team that told us we would get it all.We have since transitioned to Payworks, which was a huge breathe of fresh air, and in 3 months our needs have been heard and we are already set up and going... but ADP still won't send me our ROEs or close our account.
