Scarlett Dahlia Artistry
I met with Amanda June 8, 2019 for an in studio make up application for a wedding I was attending. Her studio is a little nook in the corner of her clean and cozy basement. Amanda was able to achieve exactly what I had requested using the perfect shades of shadow and lipstick. I will definitely be booking with Scarlet Dahlia again! =)
