This is a great business. Not only do they have great staff and wonderful lawn care, but they genuinely care about their customers.My car window was smashed accidentally when a rock shot out of some equipment they were using. They got it fixed promptly with no hassle on my end. Big shout out to Stephen for being a great boss and customer service guy!

If I could give a 0 star review I would.Have requested the services of Essential Property Maintenance and I'm extremely disappointed.Did not have proper work done the first time they came, and they are still sending invoices for work that has never been done. Complete scam of a company.

This review is more of a employee complaint. Today an employee of essential was merging onto Deerfoot trying to cut the traffic as people do sometimes. As I was driving he pushes himself towards my car and flips me the middle finger and starts swearing at me. Not very smart while your pulling a company trailer. Not a good impression you want to leave with possible clients in the city. Think before you act like a moron

Essential Property Maintenance
I sent them an email with some photos of the yard work I needed done. After about a week of not hearing back, I called them. I talked to somebody on the phone who said he would go and take a look that day and get back to me. After another week, I called back and talked to somebody who asked me to call back later. I called back that same day and couldn't get through to anyone. I called the next day and a lady answered and rudely told me they didn't have time, no other explanation was given nor was there any attempt to try and schedule the work later in the season. Highly disappointed by the unprofessionalism demonstrated by this business.
