Scott was extremely thorough with our inspection. He provided a lengthy report with pictures and lots of descriptions of issues and strengths for the home we are buying. He was very courteous and took the time to answer my questions. His breadth of knowledge was extremely high in all aspects of the structure and current city code requirements. He was very quick in finishing and sending me the report (within 4 hours of completion). I found him on time and reliable in his communication leading up and after the inspection.
