My partner and I have been in our house for a little over a year now that we bought with the help of our amazing realtor, Adele!!She was absolutely incredible during the buying process because of her patience (we were first time home buyers), professionalism, as well as her resourcefulness. I approached Adele a few months ago to see how much my home would sell for. She invited me to her home to show me what similar properties were selling for. I decided to go ahead and was a complete ball of nerves through the entire process but Adele was, in her own words, cool as a cucumber. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. Adèle is AMAZING! As first time home buyers, she made a highly stressful process pretty much seamless, especially since we were coming in from out of province. She provided so much detail for the times when we couldn't travel to see a house in person that we felt like we were there. Her general knowledge of pretty much everything related to all the things that make a house run is second to none. Adèle pointed out potential problem points that we wouldn't have known to look for or consider. She would also tell us how the issue could be solved, a general estimate of how much it would cost and more often than not, point us in the direction of several people/companies who could address the problem. Adèle kept us updated through every step of the process and was quick to respond to any questions. She provided us with a list of what needed to be done at each stage so we never had to wonder what the next step was. She even checked in when we were waiting for paperwork to be processed just to let us know that things where things were at. She honestly made the whole journey easy and we are so grateful that we had her help. If Adèle isn't your Realtor then you're working with the wrong person.
