I met my hairdresser Stephan Legros in 2006 (I worked at HMV and he was shopping and asked if he could cut my hair) he did such a fabulous job I was a model for him for a number of years! He always listens to what I like while also offering his creative and artistic touch. There have been times where I returned for adjustment if I was not completely loving it. I always get great compliments ❤️Thank you Stephan Legros ❤️

Always very happy with the results.I've been to the salon twice, the first time I went for balayage, done by Michael who I must say is amazing! he is a very pleasant and nice person, and my balayage ended up looking beautiful, so it was a very positive experience.I don't remember the name of the woman who blow dried my hair that time, but she was very professional and gentle, there was no pulling of my hair while brushing and drying it which was very much appreciated. My hair and the volume she gave it was a-ma-zing.I went for a haircut today, and again, I'm very happy with how it turned out.The place is nice, looks very elegant and cozy, the people working here are friendly (at least all the ones I've interacted with), and they do a very professional and beautiful job, so it is very well worth the money.10/10 would recommend.

I made an appointment with Stefan or Stefani for hair color. Am a man and have long hair doesn't exceed my nick. For some reason he changed 340 dollars and looked at my bank card and said that i won't work(without trying) he took cash only and i didn't get the receipt!! Something fishy

Stephane L is a real artist; he is very professional and polite and carefully listen what the client wants. He takes his time and does a marvelous job with your hair. I come from USA just to do my hair with him.. totally satisfied and worth every money spentThe salon is very clean and everyone is smilingI highly recommend Pure Salon and Stephane L

I had the privilege of having Mandy trim and blowdry my hair today, and she was FANTASTIC. Her positive energy was contagious and she did such a great job with my hair and truly helped bring my vision to life. I'll definitely be back. :) Thank you Mandy!

Regret going there, My hair was a natural medium brunette, asked the hair colorist to get ash blond highlights , and also showed the photos, he confirmed he can easily do it; the result was yellow golden damaged hair ! They saw how bad it went so darkened all the highlights and yet charged me 240 CAD! Awful in one word!Reply to owner: The steps were not explained and definitely I did not want to go Yellow on Christmas day :), the hair was only treated once by your colorist and is completely damaged ; I am happy I did not go through multiple steps as I had to shave it all afterwards; thank you anyway; the result was so awful ; your other staff could not stop laughing at my hair , lol. At least he was honest, I admire that

When I called to book my appointment, I was told that my session with Stephan would cost me 55 CAD before taxes. When I got there and finished doing my hair, the hairdresser asked me to pay 79 CAD before taxes.I asked why I was charged more than what I was told, and he told me it starts at 55 CAD and then it depends on the length of my hair, … I was surprised because no one mentioned to me that the price was variable and dependant on the length of my hair. it didn't really make sense.Also, two hours after doing my hair, the curls were already gone.I wasn’t satisfied at all with my experience there.

Juliana is the best hairstylist in the world. Been to many top establishments and nobody stands close to her. Great communicator too, feels like you’re getting a free therapy session.

I love Salon Pure, and strongly recommend it. The staff are friendly and work so hard to please the customer. George and Iryna are my usual stylists and they get the job done perfectly every single time!
