I have been going to the Waverley Eye Care Centre, for several years now. My experience with you people with and for my eye needs, has always been very professional and accommodating.I have always been very pleased with Dr. Nelson and the staff there. My personal experience at Waverley Eye Care has always been outstanding. As a business, the office is punctual, run smoothly, and every staff member seems to know their function as they work together closely as a team. I'm also impressed with their sense of professionalism and their emphasis on state of the art technology. Perhaps what impresses me the most is how Waverley Eye Care treats their clientele. If the public health care system could function like this, we would indeed be extremely fortunate.

The care was excellent and I recieved a really good explanation of how my eyes are changing and what my needs are. I also got really personalized help in choosing new glasses. Superb experience overall!! I would recommend Waverly Eye Care to all that need eye care.

I went for my regular appointment at Eyes on Bridgwater and ended up needing some further testing so I got another appointment booked at the Waverley location!! It was such a pleasant experience and both locations were amazing. Dr. Friesen really takes her time and is always so thorough explaining everything. All staff members I have met have been incredibly welcoming as well(: I will continue to book my future eye exams here.

I do see Dr Friesen at the clinic.Could not be more pleased with her expertise and welcoming personality.I have to say that all of the front office staff were also very pleasant and helpful.I did have to go back to get my new glasses adjusted...... The young lady that took care of me was very helpful and accommodating.I will definitely be going back!

I valued the friendly welcome and acceptance as patients. We recently moved to this part of the city and were looking for a new optometrist. The eye examination went very well. My current glasses didn't fit me well and after several attempts at adjustments at another location I had all but given up on them, but was pleasantly surprised when they were adjusted here and now fit comfortably. I am thankful.

Dr. Nelson is extremely professional, well educated and so nice, even when it’s 3 young children getting an eye exam, one after another! Thank you Dr. Nelson and team. Your clinic is the best!

First, I will say I've never had a bad experience with the optometrists themselves at Waverley Eye Care. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. The 3-star rating is because the receptionists at this clinic are just terrible. For over a month now I have been trying to order a refill on some contacts, but I wanted to switch to another brand and called to ask about the available options. They said they would call me back, but never did. So I called again about a week later and the same thing happened. They were also rude and dismissive on the phone. Finally called and left a message just asking for a copy of my contact prescription so at a minimum I could get it filled somewhere else, as I'm almost out. Never got a reply. I've been at this clinic since before the pandemic and have run into similar issues with the reception the entire time, it makes dealing with them almost not worth it.Edit: After I posted this review, the optometrist got in touch with me and resolved my issue. Once again, the doctors are great and I would recommend them, but the communication from the front desk is really lacking.

Dr Freisen provided us very details information, she provided us the options of lens and the eye drop treatment. She listened to out concern, shared with us different opinions and tailored what my kid wants. She shared different studies and researches with us during our meeting.
