I would recommend Shawn to anyone looking to complete a pre-purchase home inspection. My real estate agent recommended him and I can definitely see why. He is amazing! He completed 2 pre-purchase home inspections for me and saved me from making a huge mistake (both times) with what he found. He is extremely experienced and thorough; if there is anything wrong with a home you can trust that he will find it. He is honest, courteous and accommodating to your schedule. I was referred to Shawn by a friend when I needed a home inspection on very short notice. We spoke at 10pm on Monday for an inspection at 10am Tuesday and Shawn showed up on time, no questions asked.He was professional and his work was great. He provided us the assurances we needed to close and supplied us with a thorough written report on the unit + his recommendations on the minor repairs that were needed.Would definitely recommend Shawn and will be definitely be using his services for our next home purchase! 10/10

Shawn was super accommodative and was able to squeeze me into a busy day for him as I was on a tight timeline. He still took the time to do a very thorough inspection of my condo with all his findings laid out in an easy to follow report (including pictures). Overall I was very impressed with him and would recommend him to anyone else who needs a home inspected.

Clarified Home Inspections / Shawn is amazing!!! So professional, thorough and efficient. I hired Shawn to inspect my home for my 30-day Tarrion inspection and he found so many items that I would never have noticed. He went into the attack, checked the roof, and checked all the places I wouldn’t even have thought to check. I’m a realtor and my client found and hired Shawn as his home inspector for a home we were purchasing. I’ve worked with many home inspectors but was truly blown away by Shawn’s professionalism, knowledge, affordability, and how thorough his report was!
