This crew took care of us. They confirmed dates and addresses several times. They were felxible when we had a schedule change. They crew that came to pack my mother's things were polite and professional but also very efficient and careful. Delivery was impeccable and done right!!

In this world of no customer service and poor work ethics Matt and his crew are a breath of fresh air. We had a fairly large move involving 2 trucks of furnishings going 450 miles. The crew was careful and thorough in packing all contents safely and efficiently.

It was my first time moving and he knew exactly what to do to make the move go so smooth. He took great care of our belongings and thought of everything. Moving can already be extremely emotional and stressful and John knew exactly what to do to make the move go really really well. I was recommended to him by another friend and will be doing the same to all my friends who need a mover. Super Happy with his service and will be using him again in the future.

They are awesome! I called Smart Movers Burnaby last minute because I needed one large item moved. All other moving companies in Springdale Ar I called said they required 3 hours minimum and would charge me for the three hours no matter what. These guys charged me a flat rate to move the piece and saved me hundreds of dollars. I could not be happier with their price or their professional moving service.

Great employees, always on time or even early. Calls always answered or returned within 1-2 hrs. Re-assembled any furniture that had to be disassembled for moves. Always helped me quickly repack or secure any poorly packed boxes, you wouldn’t see many other companies do this. A+ company
