I had a microphone issue on my laptop and needed to get it fixed in a hurry. Patrick was able to diagnose and fix the issue in 30 minutes. An added benefit was that he uses remote desktop to work on your computer so can save the trip to Vanier. Professional, and courteous, I'd recommend Kermit to anyone with computer issues. Also, he speaks English for those of you who have trouble with French, like me :) 5/5

Best experience I’ve ever had with computer repair. Patrick recovered my data, optimized the performance of my computer, and made some upgrades. He never tried to upsell, and told me exactly what I needed and what I didn’t need based on my usage and setup. I really appreciate that.
