Brought car in because it wouldn't start. They did some repairs including a seasonal maintenance & inspection to check for other issues. I left assuming I had been given a healthy vehicle. Two days later it failed to start again leaving me stranded. I called to discuss but they refused to take any responsibility for the situation or even acknowlege my frustration.

Charlie likes to claim things and then go out of his way to call a customer and yell at them. He is afraid and can't cope with today's world.*New edit* - 2+ years down the road and the brakes I paid for are so bad.......i have to spend more money now to fix this issue this place caused. Don't go to this mechanic.
