I recently took my SUV into this shop just to get looked over as I regularly do ever so often. The curb appeal of this business is the initial thing that caught my attention. From KLO road you can often peak into the shop through the overhead doors and you'll notice how clean and organized the shop looks. In my opinion this is usually a tell-tale sign of people who take their work seriously and take pride in what they do. I stopped in to book an appointment and the people at the desk were very friendly to deal with. I got a phone call when they were done looking over my vehicle and they pointed out a couple of small things that needed to be fixed that were fairly inexpensive and they pointed out a couple of things just to keep an eye on but didn't try to sell me on any unnecessary work. Overall my experience with this garage was top notch and I'll be going back there again as well as referring it to friends and family.

Friendly staff, quality experience. Took my car here on two occasions, once for routine maintenance and another for a repair. They diagnosed and fixed the problem, I got my car back the same day. And they vaccumed the car for me which I thought was a really nice gesture!

Very happy with the service. They went above and beyond and will always go to Williams with all of my trucks needs.

First time going in I said I had some engine problems, and within the hour of dropping my car off, they found the problem and gave me the option of doing it myself or having them repair it. They repaired the broken part in a very short amount of time and got my car back the same day. Very impressed with their work!

Have nothing but good things to say about this business. We had some truck issues while heading back home from our vacation in Kelowna. Every garage we called would not even look at it for two days even though they knew we were travelling home and would have to find accommodations, miss work etc. Williams Automotive took us in right away, diagnosed the problem and had us back on the road in an hour. Very friendly and helpful, highly recommended!

Needed my daytime running lights fixed and to get an out of province inspection. They ended up not being able to use the daytime running light kit from Canadian tire so the mechanic was able to take a different approach and it’s all working perfectly.First place in kelowna that actually listened to what I needed and got it done quick and easily and didnt cost me an arm and a leg. Will totally come back if I need another thing done to my car!

Williams Automotive came to my rescue one night after work (and after their hours) when my key fob died. I am so grateful for the above and beyond assistance that they offered. Every time I go to Williams, I am greeted with friendly, honest people. They do not price gouge (offering me services at 1/4 (not an exaggeration!) of the price quote to me at the dealership. They also don't push me to have unnecesary work done on my vehicle. I trust them with my vehicle and all it's needs.

Has excellent service and very easy to ask any question you might need to ask. They are also very quick at getting your car on the road and making sure that it is all safe. They are not trying to push you to get any more items then you might need.

very honest and caring and they did a great job on my old car and left it clean and in great shape. would highly recommend for any regular maintenance or big repairs
