I recently started working with First Residential Service, and Lihn was very helpful in providing the information I needed. She did a good job and had good communication throughout. I'm satisfied with their service and happy to have them as my management company.

Attended their first vendor trade show for council and strata members.They had a rotating slideshow of all the companies who were there and a short blurb about what each one does.Good venue size and location, they had snacks and water available. There were some presentations given but didn't check them out. Would go again.

This review is for Rafael Ramos at the gardens. He is a very helpful man, Very friendly, and always smiles. I live in the garlands in the Dhaliah building, and unfortunately, Rafael doesn't manage our building. And I was hoping our building manager has at least 10% of Rafael's personality. All building managers should have a training course with Rafael on how to build good relationships with the residents. Thank you very much, Rafael, for your amazing services.

Weekends are a treat working to lease out space in the Sanctuary in Horseshoe Bay. I deal with a concierge on the desk in the6707 Nelson.A very pleasant young man and always willing to assist.Sunny deserves recognition as first impressions make or break your visit there. This is a review for Jas Gill, our new strata manager. He been a wonderful addition to our property. He has an approachable nature and good work ethic. I had many questions, but he kept a positive attitude and was able to address my questions and concerns to my satisfaction. His prompt responses were very helpful and greatly appreciated.

I am really satisfied with this company. We are very lucky to rent our first apartment in Vancouver with them!Especially our building manager, Mr.Miro is the best! He is a very responsible person and always be approachable in terms of any questions or issues.
