This company has been calling my 9yo daughters phone - clearly the wrong number. I just phoned to let them know it was the wrong number and the employee who answered the phone was rude and unkind. I have not had to deal with collectors before and honestly, the bad wrap was well deserved for this company. I am sad to think that people who are struggling to stay afloat are being treated without dignity and respect. All people deserve respect and a little kindness. Please do better.
