Usually I love to visit Starbucks and enjoying the coffee and the atmosphere. This Starbucks was not great compared the rest. The service was needed to improved. We ordered coffee with croissants and they forgot to make the croissants. In addition the place was not clean. The tables were dirty and the floor as well. They have comfortable armchairs. They have indoor and outdoor seating areas.

Nice place and the product is good. But they need to focus a little more attention to their seating area.Came in for coffee and breakfast, could not find a clean area in their seating area and no one came to clean anything while as was there. Even though they had at least five people behind the counter visiting with each other.Apparently it was beneath them to clean tables.

Best Starbucks in Victoria for drinks , food, atmosphere.But staff just stood around talked and leaned on the counter when it wasn't busy.Was not impressed as I worked at a coffee shop . My daughter, who works at a restaurant / coffee house, was like, What are they doing? we would get reprimanded or firedThis should not have been aloud.Garbage was full every time I came in

I LOVE this Starbucks. My favourite one to go to. I go out of my way to get my Starbucks from them. The service is amazing. They're so kind, and work really hard. I think the management does an amazing job at this Starbucks. Thanks so much

I went here recently and really enjoyed my experience. I always get overwhelmed with all the ordering options they have and the Barrista, I believe her name was Alorah which is such a cool name, was so friendly and helpful she actually recommended a drink I would never typically get. It was delicious and it’s now my favourite thing to get :)Oh and the chairs were very comfy and everything was very clean and well kept.10/10 will be back for sure!

This is the single greatest Starbucks to ever have existed in the history of starbuckses. The brown egg chairs are second to none as far as comfort go, the iced matcha latte is out of this world, and the staff are the most friendly amazing people this side of the Mississippi.Back to the brown egg chairs for a second they are definitely built for comfort not speed as you will get nowhere fast.11/10 would do again.

The place is green, downtown people are mean. I enter the place and instantly a smile on my face. The staff are delightful, when I leave I'm mighty full. Never a bad mood especially when Jesse is your dude. Make me a drink before I can think. They remember your order when there's so much disorder.So far I'm impressed with everything there. If you step inside the door remember to smile. The coffee isn't the reason for you not to take that extra mile.

We visited mid-morning having just arrived in Victoria. There wasn't a full menu of snack items available but the setting was one of the best examples of a Starbucks I have seen, with plenty of space, a good layout, and interesting properties to view while relaxing with a coffee or two.

Well, I want to like this place more. That's why I'm posting this review.I love the space, love the location, and the servers seem friendly enough.If you arrive anytime but opening time, the tables aren't clean. I've been here maybe 50 times and I've never seen anyone leave behind the counter. Customers, most of them students sit for hours and often people coming in have a hard time finding seating.Recently their point of sale system has a screen that almost compels me to pay a 20% tip.I'm sitting here in a comfortable chair and the small table in front of me has an empty cup , napkins and two stirring sticks.I'm fuming for paying the 20% tip.
