I have a chair lift upstairs and down. The seat on the downstairs never worked right from installation. It wouldn't lock in place. It was defective from the company. Then after removing it and taking it back to their store to fix it, they came back and installed it. The remotes do not work so they have to come back again. Today I receive a bill for a house call for a defective seat. This is some company. Please do not buy anything from Harding Medical as it will cost you more than you planned. I plan to advertise far and wide to let people know about what a rip off company they are.
