We aren’t sure what they are trying to make when you order an omelette but I’m pretty sure this isn’t one. Too bad as we frequently dine there but have been disappointed with their breakfasts time and time again.

Love the food here. The GMs are always visible the staff is always kind and attentive. Our go to server is always Matt, he's the definition of dinner and a show. I also find the food here much better than other locations, especial the fries. It's tastes fresh, where other whitespots the fries taste frozen.

UPDATE: WS management reached out to listen, explain and apologize. Management is committed to doing the very best they can. I am satisfied with their explanation and want all to know that this White Spot is very good. Good staff, good food and good value.We will continue to be a 'regulars' at this location.This location has been a disappointment when ordering take out. Missing coleslaw and tartar sauce for fish and chips, my favorite missing the chicken in a hot chicken salad order, and then tonight, a stone cold uncut chicken breast on a bed of greens does not make for a hot chicken salad. I don't post negative reviews, however this has moved past being an isolated omission to just plain bad. Sorry White Spot! You are my first bad review.

Ate at this white spot location for a 10 person family birthday dinner on a Saturday night and was less than impressed. My partner and I are plant based, so I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken Donburi Bowl without chicken ($21) while my partner ordered the Avocado Impossible Burger ($21).My bowl had soggy rice and had so much teriyaki sauce that I couldn’t eat the rice due to the overwhelming sweetness. My partners burger was made wrong (asked for no sauce and gluten free bun), but it came with a regular bun and sauce. They remade the burger, but returned it with the original fries, which were now cold and soggy.For the price that white spot now charges for their food, I was expecting a far superior experience, as I can easily find better food at the same the price (for plant based) at a place like Earls or Cactus Club, or for far cheaper at plant based restaurants

Was downhill for awhile transient staff manager turnover. But now seems to have settled down better atmosphere food much better and presentation better. So hope it's coming back to it's original good eating place. Dine in take out breakfast lunch and dinner often.

White Spot is a great family restaurant. I don't normally go to this location, but it was convenient. The legendary burger platter (with extra triple-O sauce) is my favorite. Although I shouldn't have to ask, next time, I will make sure to ask that the fries be made fresh. Their fries are normally great, but not this time, unfortunately.

I was greeted immediately as I came in the door. Seated right away on a busy lunch rush.I tried the new Avocado & Prawn toast. Very generous portions of prawns and avocado. 100% would order again. Coffee was hot and plentiful.The server (Emma) was thoughtful, attentive and lovely. Excellent service from all the staff.

We had dinner there last night with my brother and sister in law. Our server was Eliza and she went above board to accommodate a special menu request. She also went way beyond expected in helping with an issue my nephew had with his pirate pack. He is thrilled with how she handled it. Thank you Eliza, you were wonderful and we won’t forget it.
