Worst place to be owner operator, they charge for everything, one chassis tire $400 2 tires $600, slid flat, blow up, valve stem sucked in. 1 load a day $150, get on the list and wait for a load all day. Truck inspection every 3 months and you will fail and spend money. They’re Hiring but no work for drivers that been there. Always raising fees good luck

Not my normal depot that I deal with. I'm located in Northern Ohio (EXPEDITED CONEX LLC) and typically deal with deposing Cleveland, Ohio. However, anytime that I have been to the Detroit conglobal, I've had nothing short of the friendliest of staff in the 4 years of my business. I hope that I'm not cursing anything lol, I do hear other carriers complain about picking up from this depot, however, I personally have never had any issue in which all these other carriers say they have. Y'ALL ARE DOING GREAT OVER THERE!

Lawrence and the two ladies up front are so friendly every time I come there. This is a sign that they really like there job. Nothing worse than going to do service for them and everyone being mean. They are always happy

Terminal staff at check in gate are very professional lift operators very poor attitude would rather argue and treat you like your nobody,We as drivers get paid by the load not by hour,It would just be alot nicer place if they would appreciate the driver and there job alot better.

I've been going to Container Port for the last 19 years, and I have seen it go from a not so great place to get containers to a very streamlined company. From the smiling ladies in the front office to the awesome lift operators, to the guys at check out,they all make getting a container seem effortless.I have to say I'm impressed with the large stack of containers that border Fort street, they can be seen from I-75. Overall a great experience.

Cocky lift operators always on the CB talking trash, even if you do your move right. I can't tell ya how many racist insults they have thrown at people. If you tell them to come out of thier lifts and tell them to say it to your face, they all back down very quickly. One of them called me a retarded special needs child" because I was in the right lane

They are good guys, never had a problem with them. Sometimes you get bad days but overall the guys are on task. Prefer them over many other rails. I am a truck driver.Transformer

If you're a trucker do not accept any loads from any Broaker to Ben B. Schwartz in Detroit..I road with my friend and we've been sitting for 24 hours so far. I was told that some have sit for 4 days. And if you talk to the owner he has called the police on drivers. Very sorry company .I give them all 00000.
