Very enjoyable course! The planes fly over into the Ottawa airport which is a lot of fun and the course plays nice. Not such a difficult course, but it has its moments of difficulty. Love it and will return

I didn't know it was that big which I really enjoyed... I would have to say I would of liked better signage for the holes .. not mini map . No yardage just the hole # and par#... Was a beautiful Sunday and the pace of play was great the course was in alright shape.. greens could of been better but all in all very enjoyable experience.. will be back for another round

Course was in fine condition for being late in the season. Lots of water on the course today unfortunately. But that brought ducks & geese and even turkey vultures so that was nice lol. You gotta put up with A LOT of airplanes passing low overhead. Very friendly and helpful marshall/timekeeper.

Pretty much everything a golf course can offer is pretty well here. Between 9 very forgiving to 9 tight and challenging to 9 for members. Very friendly staff wether your a seasoned player or a first timer. All greens are well kept. Food and drink available with a well kept clubhouse

What an amazing golf course, lots of variety - the front 9 is wide open and the back nine is fairly closed in with lots of trees. Fairways were in great shape and the greens were nicely maintained.

$67 for 18 and a split cart. The course was in pristine, Augusta-like shape. Check out the photos.

Great golf facility with excellent staff. Always a pleasure golfing either their 18 hole or their 9 hole course. It’s a nice challenging course that’s great for beginners too. And after a nice round, enjoy some great food and drinks in their nice pub style restaurant bar area, with plenty of outdoor seating as well. Have had the pleasure of being part of a few fundraising tournaments, at they always put on a great spread with their efficient and friendly staff! Do yourself a favour and come and enjoy some great golf and then food and drinks!

Great place to golf. Not too busy so good for beginners but the first 3 holes on the 9 hole course are very tough. Fun course though with some tight fairways, nice greens, and a nice Mia of water and sand features.

I went to Falcon Ridge on June 4th for my first time ever golfing. I went with 2 other people who had also never been golfing, so we were hoping this would be a good learning opportunity for us and a fun one at that. Unfortunately that’s not what we got at falcon ridge. Upon driving up to the golf course. We paid $19 per person to use a golf cart, with one person getting their own and 2 having to share. I had mentioned to those golfing with me that next time we might as well get 3 if it’s the same price. The golf “warden” at the start of the course, an older women, overheard me make this comment. She rudely questioned if I cared about the environment. She then explained how us sharing our golf clubs would slow down the game even after I informed her that we were not using the same clubs. It was our first time golfing and we had multiple drivers, putters etc, all just in one bag, but we always used different clubs at the same time, therefore not slowing down the game. She didn’t like this response and was direct and rude in telling us. As we began on the first hole, we were all in separate spots where our first hit had landed. She drove over to one of the players in our group and told him that we should just move on to let the other people tee off. We had each only hit the ball once. But because it was our first time golfing, we moved on. When we were on about the third hole, me and my one friend were putting and the other went to move the golf cart. As she moved it she went past the golf cart sign without noticing it as she had more of a side view. The golf “warden” was approaching just as this happened and proceeded to yell at her “WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU’RE DOING?” and continued to yell at her as if she was intentionally disobeying the rules. She then began to yell at the male in the group telling him that he should have told her to stop. Me and the male were both putting at the time she was using the cart, so didn’t see. I know that following the cart rules are important, but it was our first time ever on the course and no one even told us what the signs meant (we figured this out on our own of course) but my friend made a mistake. I did not feel that yelling and swearing at her was the appropriate action to take here. I spoke up to the golf “warden” and informed her that I would like to be spoken to with respect and that I expect the same for my friends. She left promptly after that, only to return a hole later to tell us that we shouldn’t golf at Falcon Ridge. She informed us that we should be golfing at the golf course across the street as we would “fit in better there.” I am not saying we deserved to be at this golf course, but we were respectful to other golfers and would either skip holes or allow other golfers to pass us if we were getting behind. The golf “warden” also told us we were only to do 9 holes, although we paid for 18. We only did the 9 holes as I wasn’t impressed with how my friends and I were treated at this course. Not only did we pay for 18 holes and a cart for 18 holes, but we also wanted to golf 18 holes. We may not have been good, but we were respectful to other players and accommodated them. I’m my opinion, we should have been able to golf the full 18 and we shouldn’t be told we’re not fit to golf there. The course itself also was not well maintained, which was an opinion shared by my party and my sisters as well. Maybe holes had grass dug up and dirt piles on the course, which I am told is not how a golf course should look. The beverage cart girl was pleasant but always sitting on her phone and not making rounds to ask golfers for snacks or refreshments. Overall, my first experience golfing, was not a good one unfortunately due mostly to the rude, unwelcoming and disrespectful golf “warden” that was there that day.

Shot the 9 hole course with my kids. Plays like a championship 18, unlike some of the other 9 holes in town that are par 3s or play like shorter executive 9s/are easier and more open. Excellent price, excellent condition. Only thing I would warn is the course isn't beginner friendly in that there is a lot of water you need to shoot over and the fairways are tight with forest/fescue/water. Bring lots of extra balls if you're a beginner or bringing your kids.
