Fabric Depot

This place has a great selection of canvas, waxed canvas and outdoor fabrics. HOWEVER, (and thus the 2 star review) they are very dishonest when it comes to ringing up the total. I have shopped there a total of four times now and EVERY time they have written down a higher amount per meter than the tag says and I’ve had to correct them. So watch what they are charging you!!

This morning, I went to Fabric Depot in hopes of finding some nice fabric to make a curtain for my laundry area. I was not disappointed! A gentleman helped me out by guiding me to a section where I would likely find what I was looking for. Then, a lady looked for a fabric that I had seen online, but wanted to check out in person. She found it, but I ended up not purchasing that one. I purchased another one, absolutely beautiful, and am making my own curtains; they are almost finished! I am so very pleased with the excellent service, great choice, and reasonable prices. I highly recommend Fabric Depot for all these reasons.

Love this store from the moment you walk in, it's got everything going on and quite fun to wind your way through the sections to check out the selection. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Fantastic business. Will always shop here over fabric land. I made new cushions for my trailer with supplies from here. They have good foam options, cut it for you and they were even able to shape it for me as I had basic shaping to be done. They insisted on helping me unload my car with the old foam to help shape the new foam and insisted on loading my car with the new foam. 2 level warehouse making this a crafters paradise. Every type of fabric you can imagine and embelishments galore. Extra bonus... no membership required. Love this place!

Tons of fabrics, literally to the ceiling- everything from fancy wedding gown style fabrics, to canvas outdoor stuff- and everything between - tons of notions, lace, trim, feather trim, sequins, fancy collars, iron on appliques, you could build a super fancy wedding dress from everything here. Prices are reasonable and some prices are amazing, the variety of fabrics is stunning. Worth checking out no matter what fabric you need, budget yourself an hour at least if you're looking around to purview everything. I genuinely, really look forward the coming here ... I travel 3 hours just to spend time here .

I love the Fabric Depot! This place is stocked floor to ceiling with all types of fabric, trims and applianques - some of it new stock and some of it is quite old.Be prepared to go on a bit of a treasure hunt! The organizational system is not quite clear to the uninitiated, it can take some time to find what you're looking for.My minor gripe about this place is if there's a small amount of fabric leftover on the bolt and they ask if you want to take it, they make you pay for the extra length. Happened multiple times to me now and I just refuse the extra length.

Honestly tho this place could be amazing!Do not expect service or guidance to find what you’re looking for. This place does not offer that!When I asked one girl she was sitting on the cutting table, and just pointed in one direction saying maybe over there I don’t know nothing here has names so I’m not sure.Then when I tried to tell someone how frustrating it was she blamed it on being short staffed. You’re staff is sitting on the cutting tables not doing anything.The gentleman is really hard to understand and knows limited English, so he can’t help. He just says no.Unless you have a lot of time to find something yourself, don’t go expecting anyone to help.They knew what I was looking for, I explained it three times. When I used any names I got told nothing had names so she didn’t know! What kind of material is this I asked and was told, I don’t know.I tried to tell 3 people kindly that I was frustrated and still received no help! Giving directions by sitting on a table pointing at the entire store isn’t really direction.Should have read the other reviews before going in as they also seem to say the same thing. Clearly it’s not just me. Appreciate your reply on google but that would have been helpful in the store not after you were given ample opportunity in person.

I have only ever shopped at fabric land, after coming here I realized that fabric land is a huge scam!! This place requires no member ship, plus all the fabric is cheaper! I got the help I needed from staff and they where very kind and welcoming. The whole place is roof to floor fabric, they have pretty much anything you can think of! Great store, and I will be returning!

Called twice, each time hung up on. Just verifying if they had a particular item in stock and how much. Wouldn't wait for me to switch my phone to speaker so I can read the screen. Won't get my business, will simply order online somewhere else. Very rude.

Wow! This place is amazing. If they don’t have it, you don’t need it. It’s like going to an antique hunters paradise but for fabric! There is fabric and notion from around the world and from different time periods as well as brand new styles from floor to ceiling in every conceivable place inside!!!! The staff/owner is so funny, friendly and kind. He’s very excited to show you around on both floors if you show an interest and around each corner, Just when you think you can’t go further you turn a corner and there’s another 100 bolts of fabric. Beautiful lace, imported fabrics, silks, Italian fabrics, and the regular ones, as well as the new stuff, waterproof fabric and more. I could have been in there for many hours. Next time I’ll give myself way more time to explore. Prices were very competitive and the owner was very willing to beat prices to get the business. Was also honest when asked about a specific item I needed, he said he had a few colors but another specific store had better selection. I didn’t feel pushed to buy from him. Definitely going back here.
