Simply wanted to return my bottles; in great condition with the deposit sticker. Weekend personnel had no clue as to what is going on. Called the owner who was twice as incompetent; was told to drive to Hamilton or Brantford to return them. Never had issues returning and or exchanging bottles at any other location. Oakville store will take your money but send you elsewhere for what you're owed. Smh...

New owner (Wayel) is friendly and helpful! The pricing is reasonable and they have both alkaline and Reverse Osmosis water.This is one of those instances where I get the best price, quality and service, and also support an awesome local business owner.

We had a great experience at the Water Depot Oakville. They installed a full water purification system and have been very helpful in ensuring the quality and operation of the machines. The owner is always willing to answer questions and offers very friendly, knowledgeable service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a water softening system!
