Hard Rock Casino Vancouver

Went for a car show, parking was easy to get, grounds were nice and clean..just could have done without all the pot smoke walking up to the door..otherwise, good time had by all.

Went to the Atruim to listen to a band that was playing there. It was pretty full, no hostess there to help seat you or tell you that they were totally full. We decided to stay and take our chances. Bought 2 pints of beer- 26.00, found a table that seated 6 and the 1 person seated there was nice enough to let us sit with him. The band was great, enjoyed the music, just not happy with the service.

Everyone that we talked to was awesome, very nice, and great personalities.Didn't stay in any rooms but went into the venue for food and was not really pleased with the layout and such and the only nice sit down restaurant was for a concert if you're spending the money in this place for food there should be nicer tables in the generic food area not just where there is concerts.I know it's something small but it's about appeal and the plastic tables don't appeal to have good food on them.Thanks.

A few great dealers. Most are tough to enjoy the game with. Security staff are slow and unfriendly. Would recommend going elsewhere if you have options.

Great spot for dinner and a night out. They have live music with fantastic bands playing. Service and food in restaurant are always great. Minimum bet is 40$ which is to over priced to gamble but they have good slot machines to keep busy.The food at the fast food place is standard get worst chicken tenders I ever got and I was drunk.Would recommend for live music dinner and a dance a fun night out for a birthday.

We decided to go for dinner and then play the slots for something different…..we made a reservation at the Asylum which had 3-4 tables of people eating….we were seated at a table that was not even clean….we had to request it to be cleaned before being served…..the chairs are worn and old and dirty looking…..we ordered the surf and turf….it was absolutely terrible….the asparagus were old and tough….no flavour for the steak….the gravy was poorly done (probably packaged)…. The potatoes came like a liquid (as well tasted like packaged) and 3 medium sized prawns … not worth the money….my advice forget eating here!!!!We as well had to request a steak knife….nothing about this restaurant is very good or appealing…..decor or food!!!!

Visited an a Wednesday evening. Only 1 bar counter open with limited options, all other liquor venues closed except weekends Asylum is open. They meter how many drinks you order in an hour (apparently facing a liquor board crackdown) I ordered 2 bottled beers (1 for wife and 1 for me) went back 45 minutes later and she told me I could only order 1 more until it had been an hour. In the end she carried the second bottle across the casino and handed it to my wife (for the cameras). Ordered food at Burger bar and they now charge you an extra 2% if you use a credit card for purchases. This venue used to be a lot of fun. Used to have multi-F&B options and was very customer centric. Not really worth the drive at this point. Sad decline.

The place is pretty quiet compared to other casinos, but the service is not very good. During my visit I watched a live music performance and it was very fun. I found the layout to be really fluid and easy. The design of the place was also really impressive. Everything is pretty clean, and I like the place a lot. I would recommend for many people.
