Was looking for wedding bands with my fiance. There was 1 customer in the store and 3 associates. 1 associate said hello but was busy with her customer the other 2 ignored us. I guess we didn't looked wealthy enough to buy? Very rude. Will be going to People's or another store.

My husband and I were looking at rings for a while when we found a couple stunning styles from Ann Louise. I let him chose which one he liked best. After he proposed we realized that it did not come with a matching wedding band. The ladies at Ann Louise set to getting a custom matching wedding band for me and customizing my husbands wedding band also. Tiffany and her team at Mayfair were incredibly helpful and kind. Always smiling and ready to help despite my frequent questions. We will return to buy jewellery in the future and will always suggest Ann Louise to friends, family and strangers.

I got over charged for a necklace. They called me 30 minutes later asking me to come back to put the over charge back on my card. By that time I was already an hour away. I came in they said they weren't sure if they wanted to call me back or ignore it. No apology..nothing. very rude. Very unprofessional.

I didn’t purchase from here but I did get my wedding rings stuck on my finger after having my baby. We were headed to emergency when someone suggested ALJ, we popped in just before closing and they quickly, carefully & painlessly cut my rings off, saving us a lengthy ER visit with our newborn. They were so lovely, thank you!!
